loving j.crew

I just opened a shipment from J.Crew and am thrilled!  I ordered the City-fit Luxe Cord Trouser in coal (among other things!), and LOVE them.  They fit perfectly and can easily be dressed up or dressed down. Better yet, J.Crew offers a very convenient personal shopping service.  I decided try it for the first time after I was informed that an online item was sold out. Within minutes, I was speaking with Ryan W., who, by the way, was impressively knowledgeable, personable, and professional.  He found the dress in one their stores and had it shipped out right away (this service is complimentary). I know where I'll be shopping for the holidays!
